These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and healthcare professionals who access or use the Service. ProdigEye reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Nature of the Service

Important: ProdigEye is a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) designed exclusively as a clinical decision support tool for licensed healthcare professionals. It is not intended for use by the general public or as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

The ProdigEye platform provides AI-assisted analysis of anterior segment eye images to support, not replace, the clinical judgment of qualified medical practitioners. All diagnostic outputs and treatment suggestions must be reviewed and verified by a licensed healthcare professional before any clinical action is taken.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the ProdigEye Service, including but not limited to the AI algorithms, software code, text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of ProdigEye Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Service without our express written consent.

Patent Pending: The ProdigEye AI diagnostic methodology and multi-stage analysis pipeline are subject to pending patent applications in the EU, US, and Israel.

No Medical Warranty: The diagnostic outputs generated by ProdigEye are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. ProdigEye makes no warranty, express or implied, that the AI outputs are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific patient or clinical situation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProdigEye Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
